fitloog ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea).
[1] Personal information collected
· Required: nickname, sign-in identifier (Apple account)
· Optional: height/weight, profile greeting, workout log (exercise name, weight, reps, date), profile photo
· Automatically collected: service usage records, device/app information, error logs (for usage analytics and stability)
[2] Purpose of collection and use
Member identification and account management, storing and syncing workout logs, providing Mate (social) features, and improving service quality and fixing errors.
[3] Retention and use period
Your personal information is retained and used until you withdraw membership (delete your account), after which it is destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by law, it is kept for the required period and then destroyed.
[4] Provision to third parties and disclosure
When set to public, your nickname, height/weight, profile greeting, and workout log are visible to other fitloog users, including Mates who follow you. When private, none of it is visible. You can switch between public and private anytime from your profile.
[5] Processing entrustment
To operate the Service, we entrust personal data processing to:
· Supabase (data storage and authentication server)
· Google Firebase (app usage analytics and error reporting)
[6] Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. You can edit or delete it directly in the app profile; for other requests, please contact us below.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account, upon which all data is permanently deleted. This consent is required to use Mate features and to keep a synced backup of your data.

Thank you for using fitloog ("the Service"). Please review the terms below before signing up and using the Service.
1. The Service provides workout log management and social (Mate) features between users.
2. Users must not harass, impersonate others, or post inappropriate content. Accounts may be temporarily made private after accumulating reports.
3. Users may delete their account at any time; all data is permanently deleted upon deletion.
4. The Service and these Terms may change with prior notice; material changes will require re-consent.
Fit Coach (AI) Data Use and Cross-Border Transfer Notice
fitloog ("the Service") provides personal data to a third party located outside your country in order to offer the Fit Coach Report feature. This transfer occurs only where you have given separate consent when first using the feature; if you decline, you may still use every feature of the Service except the Fit Coach Report.

· Workout log summary: exercise name, weight, reps, set count, workout date, volume per body part, and the training intensity (fatigue) you logged
· Information you enter: training experience level (beginner/intermediate/advanced), gender, height, body weight, training location (home/gym), equipment you own, an optional question (up to 40 characters)
· Not provided: nickname, email, profile photo, sign-in credentials, device information, or any other identifying information.
[3] Purpose
Automatic generation of a workout analysis report and a one-week workout plan (exercises, weights, sets, reps).
[4] Cross-border transfer
· Destination: the United States and other countries where Google LLC operates data centers
· Timing and method: transmitted over encrypted HTTPS at the moment you tap "Get Report"
· Recipient privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
· Google does not use data submitted to the paid Gemini API to train its models.
[5] Retention period
Data sent to Google fulfills its purpose the moment the report is generated and is not separately retained by Google. The generated report, together with the information you entered for it (experience level, gender, and your question), is stored on the Service server for up to 30 days so that you can review it, then automatically deleted. The question field is free text, so please avoid entering sensitive details such as health conditions.
[6] Declining and withdrawing consent
You may decline this consent. Doing so restricts only the Fit Coach Report feature and does not affect any other part of the Service. Even after consenting you may withdraw at any time from [Menu → Legal Documents → Fit Coach Data Consent] in the app; the feature stops immediately and consent must be given again to resume.
[7] Notice regarding AI-generated results
Reports and workout plans generated by AI are for reference only and are not medical advice. If you have an injury, medical condition, or physical limitation, consult a healthcare professional or qualified trainer before exercising. The suggested weights and reps are estimates based on your past records — adjust them to your own condition and prioritize safety.
