Privacy Policy — FitLoog
Last updated: July 19, 2026
FitLoog ("the App") is a personal workout logging app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. In short: FitLoog stores all of your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any of your data.
1. Data We Handle
All data you create in FitLoog is stored only on your device, in the app's local database and file storage:
- Workout logs (exercise names, sets, weights, reps, intensity/fatigue).
- Workout plans and schedules.
- Exercise notes, including text notes and any photos or videos you attach.
- Your profile information (nickname, profile image, height, weight) and optional "Ghost Mode" profile.
- App settings and preferences.
Photos and videos you attach to notes are copied into the app's private storage so they remain available inside the App even if you later remove them from your device's photo library.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
FitLoog does not:
- Require an account, sign-up, or login.
- Send your workouts, notes, photos, videos, or profile to any server.
- Use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
- Share or sell your data to anyone.
There is no backend server. Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it (see below).
3. Device Permissions
FitLoog may request the following permissions, only when you use the related feature:
- Photo Library (read) — to let you import a photo/video into a note or to set a profile image. Used only when you tap to import.
- Photo Library (add/save) — to save a generated log card image or a note's photo/video back to your photos, when you choose "Save to Photos."
- Camera — if you capture an image to attach to a record.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device's system Settings.
4. Sharing Features
When you use "Share" or "Save to Photos," the selected image or video is handed to your device's system share/save function. What happens next (which app you send it to, etc.) is controlled by you and the operating system, not by FitLoog.
5. Data Deletion
You are always in control of your data:
- Delete individual workouts, plans, or notes within the App.
- Use Reset (menu → Reset) to permanently erase all app data — workouts, plans, notes, media files, and profile — from your device.
- Deleting the App from your device also removes all locally stored data.
Because data is stored locally, deletions are permanent and cannot be recovered by us (we have no copy).
6. Children's Privacy
FitLoog does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect data at all.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

Terms of Use — FitLoog
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using FitLoog ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FitLoog is a personal workout logging tool. It lets you record workouts, plans, and notes (including photos and videos) that are stored locally on your device. The App does not provide accounts, cloud sync, or a backend server.
2. Your Data and Responsibility
- All data you enter is stored only on your device. You are solely responsible for your data, including backing it up.
- Because the data is local, uninstalling the App, using the in-app Reset feature, or losing/replacing your device will permanently erase your data. We cannot recover it.
- You are responsible for the content you add to notes (text, photos, videos) and for having the right to use any media you import.
3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
FitLoog is a logging tool for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance.
- Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program.
- Any fatigue, intensity, or "recovery period" values shown are simple estimates based on your own input, not medical assessments.
- You use the App and perform any exercise at your own risk. We are not liable for injury or health outcomes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to store or share unlawful content, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App beyond what applicable law permits.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its original assets are owned by the developer. Your personal workout data and the media you import remain yours.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms over time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
